Monday | Introduction to Tools : 1. Intro to different tools google provide Eg, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc ( you can find 15+ tools in Gmail itself) 2. Uses and importance of this tool in the current generation. |
Tuesday | Start tools one by one 1. Start with Drive ( It is the most basic and important tool and also it will hardly take 30 min) 2. Give brief knowledge about the next tool you want to teach Eg, Docs, Sheets |
Wednesday | Start the second tool with its brief intro ( show videos to make them understand the tool better) 2. Teach what we can do in it 3. Explain how it’s different From MS word in the case of Docs and Excel in the case of sheet |
Thursday | Explain how to use provided templates in the tool 1. How to create a new page, give it a title, start making docs or sheets |
Friday | Introduce various options 1. Introduce various options like Insert links images, font size, font colour, etc |
Saturday | 1. How to create a perfect Doc and Perfect sheet in various formats using templates or without a template 2. How to add people in the doc so they can review, Comment or Edit it 3. How to make Copy 4. How to change Privacy 5. Conversion of these files into pdf and word file |
Sunday | Decide which student will present what a. Based on the amount of syllabus covered, decide on a project the students can do in 3 days. This can be the same as the original project if the entire planned syllabus has been covered. b. Allot 15-minute presentation time slot to students between 2nd Wednesday (Day 10) to 2nd Friday (Day 12). |

Saturday | Reporting and Meetings: 1. Classes will be suspended this Saturday 2. Educators have a meeting which is compulsory to attend 3. Students will have the expert session |
